You agree to comply with all laws and regulations applicable to your use of this Website. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located within Missouri for any disputes with Going Out the Door arising out of your use of this Website.

The arbitrator shall not have jurisdiction to decide whether injunctive or other equitable relief should be granted to either party. In addition, no waiver by either party of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default.
