Hey Friends! Embarking on this journey of becoming an author has truly been a lifelong dream of mine, bursting with a dash of whimsy and a generous helping of Southern charm. Writing, for me, has always been a sanctuary, a place where I can capture the essence of moments and turn them into stories that resonate.

While the dream of authoring a book has always been a dream, finding the perfect topic was like catching lightning in a bottle. Over time, I realized that the most captivating stories spring from personal experience. So, buckle up, buttercup! I’m excited to share some vibrant chapters from my life’s journey, each steeped in experience and hope, designed to connect us together.  Let’s celebrate life’s quirks and adventures —come on in, y’all!

I’m Just Going to Need a Minute

The first book for me, “I’m Just Going to Need a Minute,” digs into the world of time management and is crafted to help us navigate the digital age more effectively. It’s not just a book; it’s an immersive experience complemented by a stunning, comprehensive time management system.

Soon to be released as a bonus: I’m Just Going to Need a Minute Time Management Class. This class will be delivered online to all those who have purchased the management system.

The cover features colorful illustrations: at the forefront, a child wearing a yellow shirt and shorts is walking a small brown dog. Behind them, a quirky, purple creature wearing goggles is sitting on top of a stack of books, riding a red lawnmower. In the background, there's a cozy-looking house with greenery. The sky above is a soft, faded blue with clouds. The book is written by Angie Roberts Harris and illustrated by Kaitlin Atwood. The illustration style is playful and vibrant, suggesting an adventurous tone for the book's content.

Finding Fred: Too Much Treasure

Following that, “Finding Fred: Too Much Treasure” emerged from a deeply personal place. After my birth father passed away, leaving behind 10 acres filled with a lifetime of collections, I was inspired to write a children’s story reflecting the childhood I wish he could have had. The book is adorned with beautiful artwork, weaving a story that resonates with many of us ‘collectors’ on a personal level.

Now taking pre-orders. Books go out on May 1, 2024.
